It levels evenly, helps cover the natural nail plate and supports a smooth, durable finish without excessive bulk. Prepare and cleanse the nail, apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond, then add a thin layer of clear base and cure. Apply one or two thin layers of Cover Base, curing each in a 48W LED/UV lamp for 60–90 seconds. Finish with top coat.
