Cancelling your membership

You can cancel anytime, for any reason — no fee, no paperwork. Manage your plan from your account dashboard, or from the link in any membership email.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn't refund the current billing period: member pricing, your concierge manager, and free shipping all stay active until the end of the cycle you've already paid for. After that, they simply stop.

Restarting

Changed your mind? Restart your membership anytime from your account, at the current price for your tier.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, we'll try again automatically. If it keeps failing, your membership pauses and member benefits stop until you update your payment method — no cancellation needed on your end, and no extra fee for the pause.
