Refund policy

We want you to be fully confident in every product you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Formula Beauty Club.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be unopened and unused, in their original condition and packaging, and purchased directly from formulabeauty.club.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective on arrival)
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
  • Gift cards and membership fees (see Section 6)
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at care@formulabeauty.club or call/text +1 940 326 5064. Club members may also go through their personal concierge manager.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Return shipping costs: Club members get free return shipping with a prepaid label. Non-members cover return shipping themselves. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered by us, either way.

We recommend a trackable shipping method — we're not responsible for untracked returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Return shipping is always on us in these cases.

6. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.
