Bright neon camouflage base shade 10 with self-leveling coverage.
A flexible pigmented neon base in shade 10 with comfortable medium consistency. It self-levels, masks the natural nail and provides an even bright coating for professional manicures.
How to use: Prepare the nail and apply a thin clear base substrate. Apply and level the neon cover base, then cure for 60–90 seconds in a 48W LED lamp. Finish with top coat.
Ingredients: Di-HEMA Trimethylhexyl Dicarbamate, HEMA, Isobornyl Methacrylate, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate. May contain colorants (CI).
